The package was secure—a bag and newspapers were used to further protect the product. The plush was new, undamaged, and included tags. It’s soft to the touch and colorful without any blemishes or rips. The package also included a Classic Robotnik keychain, which is greatly appreciated.
The shipping was not ideal, arriving after the due date and nearly being undelivered by the postage worker despite arriving at the destination. This may not be the fault of the seller, however.
